REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your experience with SYNVOX. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

 Unused and in the same condition that you received it

 In its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@synvox.store with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

 Items returned after the 14-day window

 Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

 Items returned without prior contact or authorization

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or full refund.
